Electric is billed monthly based on use. We do have a few sites that include all utilities and they are $550 per month.
All sites include WIFI.
It may be tiny but feels like home with an eagle's view. Fully furnished with 1 queen bed loft and bedding, 1 pull out full bed with bedding, refrigerator, microwave, toaster/air fryer oven, TV, fireplace, plates, utensils, pans, and towels. All you need to bring are your clothes, personal items, food and sense of adventure!
